# Iseniya Dimitrova-Cholakova — e-commerce website design in Figma > Iseniya Dimitrova-Cholakova designs and redesigns online stores in Figma — homepage, product page, basket and checkout — and hands the file to the client's developer. Based in Burgas, Bulgaria, working remotely across Europe. ## Who she is Iseniya Dimitrova-Cholakova is a freelance UX/UI designer based in Burgas, Bulgaria, working remotely with clients across Europe. She designs and redesigns online stores in Figma — homepage, category, product page, basket and checkout — for desktop and mobile, and hands the finished file to the client's own developer with named building blocks, measurements and exported images. She does not write code. ## What exactly she does - Designs the whole buying path of an online store: homepage, category, product page, basket, checkout and order confirmation - Redesigns a single high-value page — usually the product page or a campaign landing page - Reviews a live store screen by screen and writes up what to fix, in priority order - Produces a reusable set of buttons, forms and cards, plus written colour, type and spacing rules, so later pages match without needing her - Prepares the file for whoever builds it: designed for a Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow or custom developer to build from ## Who it is for People running or launching an online store, who need the buying path designed before a developer builds it. Working languages: English, Bulgarian. ## Who it is not for - Anyone who needs the site built rather than designed — the deliverable is a Figma file, not code - Anyone who needs a brand identity created from scratch, or copywriting - Products outside online retail: marketplaces, booking platforms and dashboards - Projects with no fixed scope, or with nobody available to give feedback twice during the project ## Prices and delivery times All prices in EUR and fixed in the proposal before any payment. No hourly billing. The range is what that scope usually takes. Your exact delivery date is fixed in the proposal, before you pay anything. ### Product & Landing Page Design — €450 - Price: €450 (EUR), Fixed price, 50% up front - Delivery: 5 working days - Scope: 3 screens, desktop and mobile - Revisions: 2 rounds - Best for: Your store works, but one page is losing buyers — usually the product page. - Includes: 3 screens: a product or landing page plus its two supporting screens, designed for desktop and for mobile; The top of the page, the photo gallery, the size and colour picker and the add-to-basket block; What buyers check before paying: reviews, delivery, returns policy, payment icons; Your real products and your real text in the design — no filler; A Figma file with named layers and the measurements your developer needs; A 5-minute video walking your developer through the file; 2 rounds of revisions - Not included: Checkout screens; Full store navigation; A reusable set of buttons, forms and cards; Support after your developer puts it live (available as an add-on) ### Complete Store Design — €1,200 - Price: €1,200 (EUR), Fixed price, 50% up front - Delivery: 10–14 working days - Scope: 8 screens, desktop and mobile - Revisions: 3 rounds - Best for: You are launching a store, or your current one loses people between the product page and the payment step. - Includes: 8 screens: homepage, category, product, basket, a three-step checkout and the order confirmation; Every screen laid out for desktop and for mobile; Navigation and category structure, agreed before any visual design starts; A reusable set of buttons, forms, cards and badges, so later pages stay consistent; A clickable Figma prototype of the full path to payment; For your developer: spacing, type sizes, rules for how each screen behaves on smaller widths, exported images; 2 weeks of support after your developer puts it live; 3 rounds of revisions - Not included: Front-end or back-end development; A new brand identity; Copywriting ### Full Store Redesign + Design System — €2,400 - Price: €2,400 (EUR), Fixed price, three instalments - Delivery: 20–25 working days - Scope: 14 screens, desktop and mobile - Revisions: 4 rounds - Best for: You have a store with traffic and you want a redesign you can extend later, without hiring a designer for every new page. - Includes: Everything in Complete Store Design (8 screens); Plus account, sign-in, search results, filters, wish list and a 404 page — 14 screens in total; The states most stores forget: empty basket, loading, error, out of stock; A written set of colour, type and spacing rules, so new pages match without needing me; Old and new key screens side by side, so you can see what changed and why; I check the live build against the design and send you a written list of what does not match; 30 days of support after your developer puts it live; 4 rounds of revisions - Not included: Front-end or back-end development; Advertising creative; SEO copywriting ### Add-ons - Full store UX review: €290 (Written report plus a 25-minute video) - One extra screen, desktop and mobile: €90 - One extra round of revisions: €120 - 2 weeks of support after your developer puts it live: €150 (Already included in the two larger packages) - Rush delivery, when a slot is free: +30% (The new date is fixed in the proposal) ## What she does not do - I don't write code, front-end or back-end. I hand the design to your developer. - I don't build brands from scratch. I design inside your existing logo, colours and type; a new identity is a separate project. - I don't write your copy. I place the text you give me and tell you where it is too long for the layout. - I don't do ongoing advertising creative or social media graphics. ## Guarantees - **Reply within 24 hours** — Every message, on working days, including while the project is running. You never wait a week to hear back. - **Delivered on the agreed date, or 20% back — if the delay is on my side** — If I miss the delivery date we agreed and the reason is on my side, 20% comes off the final invoice. If something puts the date at risk you hear it before the date, not after. - **Fixes don't use up a revision round** — If something does not match the brief we both signed off, correcting it is on me and your rounds stay untouched. - **Support after handover, in the two larger packages** — 2 weeks on the €1,200 package and 30 days on the €2,400 package: I answer your developer's questions and check the live build against the design. On the €450 package it is a €150 add-on. ## How a project runs 1. **Free 5-minute video audit** (before we start) — Send me your store link and I record a 5-minute screen video going through it the way a buyer would, naming three specific things that are most likely losing you orders and what I would change. No call, no invoice, no obligation — take the video and fix it yourself if you want. You get: A 5-minute video, back within 24 hours. From you: Your store link. 2. **Proposal with three prices** (before we start) — Within 48 hours of the video you get a written proposal with three options, so you pick the scope instead of accepting one number. Each option states a fixed price, a fixed delivery date and how many rounds of revisions it includes. You get: Three priced options, in writing. From you: One reply: which option, or none. 3. **Brief and a 20-minute call** (before we start) — Once you pick a package I send you 12 questions about your customers, your products and the two competitors you keep losing to. We close the gaps in one 20-minute call. Everything is decided here, before the design starts — not halfway through it. You get: A written brief we both sign off, and a start date held in my calendar. From you: Under an hour in total: the questions and the call. 4. **Structure and grey-box layouts for approval** (during the project) — The first thing you see after the brief: the structure of the site and grey-box layouts of every screen — the blocks in position, before any colour or photography. This is where we argue about what goes where, while it is still cheap to move. You get: A site map and a grey-box layout for every screen in your package. From you: Your first round of feedback, within 2 working days. 5. **One key screen, finished** (during the project) — I design a single screen — usually the product page — to final quality. It sets the type, colour, spacing and building blocks for everything else. You approve the look on one screen, instead of finding out on screen eight that you do not like it. You get: One finished screen, desktop and mobile. From you: Your second round of feedback, within 2 working days. 6. **The remaining screens** (during the project) — The approved direction goes onto the rest of the package, with your real products and real text in place. The Figma link stays open the whole time — you can look in on any day of the project and comment straight on the screens. You get: A Figma link open for the whole project, and a written update every Friday. From you: Product photos and text, or your go-ahead to use stand-ins. 7. **Files your developer can build from** (after delivery) — You get the Figma file with named building blocks, rules for how each screen behaves on smaller widths, a type and spacing scale, exported images, and a 5-minute video where I walk your developer through it. The file is yours: you keep working in it after we are done, with or without me. You get: Figma file, reusable buttons and cards, developer measurements, exported images, walkthrough video. From you: Your developer's email, so I can answer them directly. 8. **After it goes live** (after delivery) — Once your developer has built it, I compare the live site to the design and send you a written list of what does not match, and I answer your developer's questions at no extra cost. This support period is included in the €1,200 package (2 weeks) and the €2,400 package (30 days); on the €450 package it is an add-on. You get: A written list of mismatches, plus your developer's questions answered. From you: The staging or live link when the build is ready. ## How to get in touch Send your store link through the contact form. I designed the whole store around that, then rebuilt it to the standard EU shops have had to meet since June 2025. Timeline: 8 weeks. Role: UX/UI Designer. - [Daskey — Luxury Fashion E-commerce Design](https://iseniya.vercel.app/case-studies/daskey) — At this price point nobody buys before they know how returns work, whether the size is right and what happens if the card is declined. I designed all nineteen screens, including the ones where it goes wrong. Timeline: 4 weeks. Role: UX/UI Designer. - [GlowGenLab — Skincare E-commerce Redesign](https://iseniya.vercel.app/case-studies/glowgenlab) — GlowGenLab sells clinic-grade and home-use skincare from one catalogue, with nothing on the page to tell the two apart. This is my redesign of the store. Timeline: 8 weeks. Role: UX/UI Designer. Status: Client project — designed, built and launched. ## Further case studies - [FinanceHub — Personal Finance Mobile App](https://iseniya.vercel.app/case-studies/financehub) — Money apps are easy to design until something fails. I designed the four core money flows together with the screens people see when a transfer does not go through. - [EveFlow — Cycle and Wellness Tracker App](https://iseniya.vercel.app/case-studies/eveflow) — A tracking app is only useful if people open it every day. I designed the landing page, the sign-up and the daily log around that one requirement. ## Frequently asked questions **How much does an online store design cost, and how long does it take?** Three fixed prices. Product & Landing Page Design is €450 for 3 screens in 5 working days. Complete Store Design is €1,200 for 8 screens — homepage to order confirmation — in 10 to 14 working days. Full Store Redesign + Design System is €2,400 for 14 screens in 20 to 25 working days. Every price and every date is fixed in the proposal before you pay anything. There is no hourly billing. **What if I don't like the first designs?** That is what step 5 of the process is for. Only one screen is designed in full before you approve the direction, so the most you can dislike is one screen, not eight. After that you have 2, 3 or 4 rounds of revisions depending on the package, and anything that does not match the brief we signed off is fixed without using up a round. If you decide after step 5 not to continue, you stop there: you keep the layouts and the finished screen, and you owe nothing beyond the deposit you have already paid. **How and when do I pay?** 50% to hold the slot in my calendar and 50% on handover. For the €2,400 package it is three payments: 40% at the start, 30% after step 5 and 30% on handover. SEPA bank transfer in EUR, or Wise. Every payment gets an invoice. The price in the proposal is the price on the invoice, and anything outside the agreed scope gets a new number in writing before I start it. **I'm a company in the EU — how does invoicing work?** I invoice from Bulgaria in EUR, with a numbered invoice for your accounts that carries my registration details, what the service was and the date. If your company is VAT-registered in another EU member state, send me your VAT number with the brief and it goes on the invoice, so your accountant can handle it on their side. If you need a purchase order number, a specific reference on the invoice, or a signed contract before you pay, say so at proposal stage and it is in place before the first invoice, not after. **Do you build the website too?** No. I design in Figma and hand the file to your developer. That is a deliberate split: you get better code from someone who writes it every day, and the file I give them is prepared for exactly that — named building blocks, rules for smaller widths, exported images, no guessing. It is designed for your Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow or custom developer to build. I answer your developer's questions during the support period. **Who owns the design when it's finished, and how do we keep in touch?** You do. On final payment the Figma file, the reusable buttons and cards and the exported images are yours: edit them, hand them to another designer, reuse them elsewhere. I ask your permission before showing any of it in my portfolio, and if you say no it never appears there. While the project runs we use one channel agreed at the start — email or Slack — with a written update every Friday and a Figma link you can open on any day. ## Resources - [Sitemap](https://iseniya.vercel.app/sitemap.xml) - [Robots](https://iseniya.vercel.app/robots.txt) Last updated: 2026-08-01
