E-commerce website design, from product page to checkout

I redesign online stores in Figma for fashion, wellness and beauty brands — so the buyer finds the size, the delivery cost and the returns policy where they expect them, and finishes the order. I'm Iseniya Dimitrova-Cholakova, based in Burgas, Bulgaria.

You get the video back within 24 hours. No call needed.

  • A full store redesign in Figma: homepage, category, product page, cart, checkout
  • Delivered in 10–14 working days, with the date agreed before you pay anything
  • Files your developer can build from: components, spacing specs, mobile and desktop layouts

Three e-commerce stores, designed end to end

Each one starts with the reason people leave, and ends with the screen that keeps them.

Pharma wellness store homepage — hero section and featured supplements
36 screens, every state covered

Wellness E-commerce Store Design — Pharma

People buying supplements online have nobody to ask, so they either read enough to feel safe or they close the tab. I designed the store around that moment, then rebuilt it to the standard EU shops have had to meet since June 2025 — 36 screens, every state, all of it clickable.

Daskey luxury fashion homepage — main navigation, opening image and product grid
19 screens, 30 shared parts

Luxury Fashion E-commerce Design — Daskey

At this price point nobody buys until returns, sizing and payment are answered — and on most fashion stores those answers arrive after the basket, if at all. I designed all nineteen screens around answering them first, including the ones nobody shows: sold-out size, declined card, empty basket.

GlowGenLab homepage redesign — hero section and treatment category menu
Client project — built and launched

Skincare E-commerce Redesign — GlowGenLab

GlowGenLab sells professional-grade skincare to two buyers at once — clinics and home users — from a single catalogue. I rebuilt the store structure so every treatment category sits in one menu, and gave the product template a specification block a professional can act on. A developer built the design in WordPress and the store launched with it.

More work

Send me your store link — I'll record a free 5-minute audit

You get a video walkthrough of what is costing you orders. No call needed, no obligation.

How we work together

Eight steps, and you always know what happens next

Written from your side: what you receive at each step, what is needed from you, and when. The process is here so you are never left guessing what you have paid for.

Before we start

  1. 01

    Free 5-minute video audit

Send me your store link and I record a 5-minute screen video going through it the way a buyer would, naming three specific things that are most likely losing you orders and what I would change. No call, no invoice, no obligation — take the video and fix it yourself if you want.

    You get:
    A 5-minute video, back within 24 hours
    From you:
    Your store link
  2. 02

    Proposal with three prices

Within 48 hours of the video you get a written proposal with three options, so you pick the scope instead of accepting one number. Each option states a fixed price, a fixed delivery date and how many rounds of revisions it includes.

    You get:
    Three priced options, in writing
    From you:
One reply: which option, or none
  3. 03

    Brief and a 20-minute call

Once you pick a package I send you 12 questions about your customers, your products and the two competitors you keep losing to. We close the gaps in one 20-minute call. Everything is decided here, before the design starts — not halfway through it.

    You get:
A written brief we both sign off, and a start date held in my calendar
    From you:
Under an hour in total: the questions and the call

During the project

  1. 04

Structure and grey-box layouts for approval

The first thing you see after the brief: the structure of the site and grey-box layouts of every screen — the blocks in position, before any colour or photography. This is where we argue about what goes where, while it is still cheap to move.

    You get:
A site map and a grey-box layout for every screen in your package
    From you:
Your first round of feedback, within 2 working days
  2. 05

    One key screen, finished

I design a single screen — usually the product page — to final quality. It sets the type, colour, spacing and building blocks for everything else. You approve the look on one screen, instead of finding out on screen eight that you do not like it.

    You get:
One finished screen, desktop and mobile
    From you:
Your second round of feedback, within 2 working days
  3. 06

    The remaining screens

The approved direction goes onto the rest of the package, with your real products and real text in place. The Figma link stays open the whole time — you can look in on any day of the project and comment straight on the screens.

    You get:
A Figma link open for the whole project, and a written update every Friday
    From you:
Product photos and text, or your go-ahead to use stand-ins

After delivery

  1. 07

Files your developer can build from

You get the Figma file with named building blocks, rules for how each screen behaves on smaller widths, a type and spacing scale, exported images, and a 5-minute video where I walk your developer through it. The file is yours: you keep working in it after we are done, with or without me.

    You get:
Figma file, reusable buttons and cards, developer measurements, exported images, walkthrough video
    From you:
Your developer's email, so I can answer them directly
  2. 08

    After it goes live

Once your developer has built it, I compare the live site to the design and send you a written list of what does not match, and I answer your developer's questions at no extra cost. This support period is included in the €1,200 package (2 weeks) and the €2,400 package (30 days); on the €450 package it is an add-on.

    You get:
A written list of mismatches, plus your developer's questions answered
    From you:
The staging or live link when the build is ready

What working with me looks like

What you can expect before you commit to anything: a fixed scope, a fixed date, and one person answering your emails.

You hear back within 24 hours

You send the store link, you get a video back — not an automated form confirmation.

10–14 days, date agreed upfront

Homepage, category, product page, cart and checkout — with the delivery date fixed before you pay anything.

A package your developer can build from

Components, spacing specs, and mobile and desktop layouts — so nobody has to guess what the design meant.

Not sure where your store loses buyers? Send me your store link — I'll record a free 5-minute audit.

Who you'll be working with

I'm Iseniya, an e-commerce designer in Burgas, Bulgaria. Most online stores lose the buyer in the same two places: the product page does not answer the questions that decide the purchase, and the checkout asks for more than it needs. I rebuild that path in Figma — homepage, category, product page, cart, checkout — and hand it over ready to build. I work in English and Bulgarian.
